The team has come mostly out of operations rather than consulting, which shows in how we write: shorter documents, more numbers, fewer frameworks.

We are a small independent practice. Most of our work arrives through people we have worked with before, which keeps the team deliberately compact and the engagements long.

We do not resell software and we do not take vendor commissions. If the right answer is a change of process rather than a purchase, that is what the report will say.
